Covid-19 Customer Update

Order Dispatch Times and General Information
We currently have a limited number of staff working until it is safe to return to normal operations. This means that any orders placed through our website can take longer than usual to leave us. Many of our suppliers are in the same situation as us, this means our orders are taking longer to get to us which in turn has a knock-on effect.
We would kindly ask if you could show some forbearance during this difficult time.

All items that have been returned to us i.e faulty or no longer required may take longer than usual to process. Please bear with us.

General Notice

In response to the Governments recent advice, we are now taking further steps to help ensure the safety of our staff and customers at this difficult time. For the last couple of weeks, we have begun to follow guidelines on increased personal hygiene for staff and workplace cleaning.

Our Warehouse is still open for receiving stock and dispatching all orders as normal and will continue to do so unless there are any changes made to the postal and courier services. Our Warehouse Team are working extremely hard to meet all customer delivery expectations and most customers will not notice any change in the high level of service you have come to expect from Click4Electrics.

Deliveries 

Our delivery partners the Royal Mail and DPD have their own plans to ensure the delivery service can continue however you can find their statements and updates through their website Royal Mail and DPD.

Royal Mail Update: We have noticed that some orders dispatched via the Royal Mail postal service are taking longer than normal to deliver your goods. When we mark your order as (Dispatched via Royal Mail) we generally opt for the 1st class delivery service by default. Unfortunately due to the Royal Mail prioritising letters over small parcels this has caused some customers to receive their goods later than expected and in some cases a week later from when we post your item.

We do apologise for any delays if this affects your order, we would kindly ask if could allow up to 14 working days from when post your order before getting in contact. If you have any questions please do email us at [email protected]

Suppliers

Although we are in contact with many of our suppliers on a daily basis, our suppliers also have their own plans to ensure business continuity is unaffected. If there is any issue with your order, we will contact you by email or by phone.
