Order Status

We will keep you up to date with your order, you should receive an email or a notification though the "My Account" section with an update to your order.

As these emails are system generated, they may end up in your junk folder.

We will update your order with the following order status listed below.

New Order
Your order has successfully been placed, Your order has not been actioned as yet.

Our staff team have seen your order, your order will be or is currently being actioned.

Ready for Dispatch
Your order has been picked and packed and ready for delivery (your order may not have left us at this point).

Dispatched by Royal Mail
Your order has left us and is on its way to you (generally 1-3 working days by Royal Mail Post).
We generally use Royal Mail's 1st Class option by default for a quick delivery however this does not guarantee next working day.

Dispatched by DPD
Your order has left us and is on its way to you (DPD will notify you when they will deliver either by text or email).

Local Delivery
Your order has left us and is on its way to you.

Merged Order
If you have placed an order addition, we have merged your additional order with your main order.

Goods On Order
Your item(s) are currently on order with our supplier or they are being obtained from our national distribution centre.

Once your item(s) have reached our main warehouse, your order will be dispatched as one complete shipment.

Item(s) can generally take around 2-4 working days to arrive with us and they will be dispatched via our normal delivery method. Click Scolmore items are normally quicker to obtain (estimated 1-3 working days) however custom engraved (lazer etched) modules from the Mini-Grid and Grid Pro ranges can take up to 5 working days plus the standard delivery time.

Please Note: This does not mean the stock is not available, it is simply the transaportation of products converging to our main warehouse.

Ready to Collect
If you have placed a Click & Collect order, your order is now ready for collection.

This is just a notification stating you have collected your Click & Collect order.

Cancelled & Refunded
Your order or individual item(s) have been cancelled & refunded.
Refunds can take up to 7 working days to show in your bank account. PayPal refunds are usually instant.

Direct Supplier Delivery
Your order will be shipped directly from our supplier (estimated delivery time 1-3 working days)

Your order is currently on hold, we will contact you by email or phone (if you provided us with your phone number).
Please respond as soon as possible to avoid further delay.
