Every product listed on our website will have an approximate indication to whether the item is generally available, out of stock or if it can be back ordered.
We always advise that you check stock availability with us via the phone or email prior to placing your order especially if your potential order is time critical.

Live Stock Level
If there is a stock quantity level shown on the product you are viewing, we have stock available locally from our own warehouse or our main distribution centre.
Items with a live stock level can improve the delivery time however, if you order a mixture of items that are not showing live stock levels we may need to order these item(s) from our supplier or main distribution centre. Your order would be dispatched in one complete shipment and the standard estimated delivery time (generally 2-5 working days) would apply.
Please Note: On the rare occasion if the product suddenly becomes unavailable without our knowledge after you have placed your order i.e out of stock, we will contact you in the usual way either by phone, email or SMS.
Available and Generally In Stock
No live stock levels are advertised on products that are available and generally in stock.
This is the most common type of listing you will see throughout our website.
The product you are viewing in most cases is generally available either from our local stock, main warehouse or supplier stock and is delivered usually within 2-5 working days unless the product is a specialist or made to order item. In most cases we can obtain the item / product from our trusted suppliers or our main distribution centre and availability is not usually an issue.

Available for Back Order or Pre-Order
If the item is Out of Stock, it can be back ordered if an estimated due in date is provided by the supplier.
If we launch a new product on the website, it may not be immediately available if its due to launch later on however, it can be back ordered if an estimated due in date is provided by the supplier.
We will provide an estimated due in date for when this product is next available.
On the rare occasion if the product suddenly becomes unavailable without our knowledge after you have placed your back order or the estimated due in date has changed, we will contact you in the usual way either by phone, email or SMS.
Out of Stock
If the product is Out of Stock, the item is not available for ordering as it is likely to be sold out with our supplier or main distribution centre. We can check to see whether an estimated due in date is available however, you'll need to contact us by phone or email.
Unfortunately, if the product is Sold Out it cannot be back ordered until we have estimated due in date from our suppler or main distribution centre.
You'll need to keep checking the product online to see if an update is available.
