All orders will have an order status indicating which stage your order is currently at.

We'll keep you up to date throughout your orders journey, you should receive an email or a notification through the 'My Account' section when an update is made to your order.

As these emails are system generated, they may end up in your junk folder so please look out for them.

Your order has been received successfully and is now waiting for a member of the team to action your order.

Acknowledged

Our team have now seen your order, your order will soon be or is currently being actioned.

Collating Order

Your order is currently being collated to ensure that your order is dispatched complete from our main warehouse.

Your order will be dispatched as one complete shipment. We can offer a part shipment for an additional delivery charge, please speak to our sales team for more information.

Custom engraved lazer etched modules from the Click Mini-Grid, Grid Pro and other Grid ranges can take up to 10 working days to arrive plus our standard delivery time.

Please Note: This order status doesn't mean the product is not available, discontinued or out of stock, it is simply the transportation of products converging to our main warehouse for a complete dispatch.

Ready to Ship

This order status will also generate an email notification to your mailbox.

Your order has been picked and packed and ready for delivery (your order may not have left us at this point).

Shipped

This order status will also generate an email notification to your mailbox.

Your invoice will be attached once your order changes to this status.

Your order has left us and is on its way to you (DPD will notify you of delivery either by text, email or via the DPD app).
