When you have completed your purchase,
DO NOT COLLECT YOUR ORDER STRAIGHT AWAY.
Instead, we will contact you separately when your order is ready to collect.
Please note: click & collect orders can take between 1 and 5 working days. We will notify you separately that your order is ready for collection.

We will contact you in a separate email or by SMS text informing you that your order is ready to collect.
Our 1-5 working day estimate will apply for all Click & Collect orders as items may need to be obtained from our main warehouse or from our trusted suppliers.

When collecting your order, please bring with you a copy of your order confirmation which shows your order number and billing details. You can show us either the digital copy on your smart phone or you can print it out and bring it with you.
We do need to see this information when you come and collect your order as this is for verification purposes only.

Not every item listed on our website is immediately available for same day or next day collection, we estimate a 2-5 working day collection time frame. We will inform you when your order is ready to collect.
If there are any issues with your order after you place it, we will contact you either by email or phone.
Once you've been contacted stating your order is ready for collection, you can collect your order from our Portsmouth branch.
