All orders will have an order status indicating which stage your order is currently at.
We'll keep you up to date throughout your orders journey, you should receive an email or a notification through the 'My Account' section when an update is made to your order.
As these emails are system generated, they may end up in your junk folder so please look out for them.
New Order
Your order has been received successfully and is now waiting for a member of the team to action your order.
Acknowledged
Our sales team has now seen your order and will shortly be actioned to the relevant department.
Collating Order
Your order is currently being collated to ensure that your order is dispatched complete from our main warehouse.
We'll dispatch your order as one complete shipment. If you would like us to part ship your order, we can offer this service to you for an additional delivery charge, please speak to our sales team for more information.
Please Note: This order status doesn't mean the product is not available, discontinued or is out of stock, it is simply the transportation of products converging to our main warehouse for a complete dispatch. Your order will be delivered to you within our standard estimated time frame which is usually 2-5 working days.
Ready to Ship
