1.0. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
1.1. This Statement outlines the terms and conditions governing all sales and purchases made through this website, regardless of whether the order was transmitted via the internet, telephone or post. By accessing, browsing and/or using this website you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use this site.
2.0. YOUR ACCEPTANCE
2.1. By ticking (checking or selecting) the terms acceptance checkbox at our checkout page, you are accepting our terms & conditions set out on this page and related pages where indicated.
3.1. All prices quoted are subject to change at any time at the discretion of Click4Electrics.
3.2. All prices displayed on our website are in Pounds Sterling and show both excluding and including VAT.
3.2.1. Carriage and/or delivery fees are shown excluding VAT.
3.3. We reserve the right to reject any orders which include incorrect prices which may occur due to data entry errors, code errors, hacking, incorrect pricing given to us by the manufacturer and translation errors etc.
3.4. Prices shown are non negotiable.
3.5. Prices shown on our product and category pages do not include carriage and/or handling fees at this stage. The carriage and/or handling costs will be calculated during the checkout stage.
3.5.1. We have a dedicated page regarding the carriage fees on our Delivery page.
4.0. DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS
4.1. Discounts and promotions are offered at our discretion and can be withdrawn at anytime and without notice.
4.1.1. Voucher codes may not reflect the overall discount value of an order as some items maybe excluded from further discounting.
4.2. Current discounts and promotions may have a time limit before they expire and some products and product ranges maybe excluded.
4.3. We do have the right to suspend any discounts or promotions that are currently active and without prior notification.
4.4. Voucher codes once they are applied during checkout are displayed excluding VAT.
4.5. Discounts can not used in conjunction with any other active offer.
5.0. STOCK CHECK
5.1. We do not offer an online stock checking facility for the majority of products listed on our website, if you would like to check our local stock levels please call us on 02392 005 664 or you can email us.
5.2. We only offer live stock levels on selected products only, please refer to our Stock Info page for more information.
6.0. RIGHT TO CANCEL
6.1. To comply with distance selling regulations you have 14 days to cancel your order once it has been delivered. Product exclusions may apply.
7.1. We can send your order to anywhere with in Great Britain and Northern Ireland. All our items are Warehouse packed for safe delivery. We ship all products by Track & Trace courier unless otherwise directed. This usually takes between 1 to 5 working days depending on the delivery service in the destination area.
7.1.1. Our Delivery page contains information regarding delivery time scales and delivery charges.
7.2. If we are unable to dispatch your order within 2-5 business days or 7-14 business days for specialist items, we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date.
7.3. All orders placed via our website or verbally taken which exceeds our standard estimated time frame (2-5, 5-7 and 7-14 working days) should arrive with in 30 day unless otherwise agreed.
7.3.1. Our 2-5 working day delivery estimate is a general time scale for the majority of orders placed via our website however, this cannot be used as a guaranteed time frame due to many factors that may inadvertently affect your order.
7.3.2. Specialist items, items that are made to order and out of stock items can exceed this time frame.
7.3.3. Unless otherwise stated your order can take up to the maximum legal time frame of 30 days. We will endeavour to reach out to our customers if your order exceeds the delivery estimates however, please be aware this is not always possible.
7.4. Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address.
7.4.1. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend / redeliver a parcel if it's returned to us due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
7.5. If you receive your parcel damaged which may have damaged contents inside your parcel, please make sure you sign for your parcel damaged with the courier. We cannot authorise any returns unless you signed the parcel as damaged.
7.6. Non delivery of parcel(s) and/or goods must be reported to us within 7 working days after the 2-5 working day delivery estimate has passed. Replacement goods will not be sent and no refunds will be offered for reporting non delivery after the designated time frame.
7.7. Shortages must be reported to us within 48 hours of when your order is delivered by the courier or delivery company.
7.7.1. Discrepancies must be reported to us within 48 hours of when your order is delivered by the courier or delivery company.
7.7.2. The 48 hour period starts from when your order has been delivered by our delivery partner 'DPD' or by any other courier. For example: if your parcel was delivered on 15/05/23 at 15:00, the latest you can report to us the shortage or discrepancy is 17/05/23 by not later than 15:00.
7.8. We will not be held responsible nor will we provide any compensation for any late deliveries caused by the courier or postal service in relation to your order.
7.8.1. This includes deliveries sent by us.
7.8.2. This includes deliveries sent by the manufacturer or our supplier.
7.9. The courier 'DPD' can leave your parcel in a safe place location or with a neighbour upon delivery.
7.9.1. The courier 'DPD' can also send your parcel to the nearest DPD pickup shop to avoid your parcel being returned if the first delivery attempt was unsuccessful. DPD will usually email you stating a 3 step delivery process to which you can amend the delivery options.
7.10. At our discretion we may opt for your parcel to arrive by a secure pin coded delivery. The courier 'DPD' will either notify you by the DPD app, send you an email or text you with a pin code which will be required for you to give to the delivery driver before they handover your parcel. This service will not allow your parcel to be left in a safe place or left with a neighbour. The parcel must be delivered to the person who has pin code upon delivery.
7.11. We can dispatch your order to a different delivery address for convenience purposes however, you should be aware that we will not held responsible if your order is signed for or entered by a name which is not recognised by you. Orders that are being delivered to a 3rd party address and not the billing address is the responsibility of the customer.
8.0. PAYMENTS & FRAUD
8.1. Payment options are provided by Stripe or PayPal which do accept Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards as well as Amex cards.
8.2. Stripe and PayPal have many fraud protection features built into there systems, you are required to enter all information honestly and correctly before making your purchase with us.
8.2.1. Failure to give correct and honest information may stop your goods from being sent and fraudulent use of our website will be reported to the authorities.
8.3. We are currently not accepting any orders and payments over the phone at this time.
8.4. Spread the cost is provided by either PayPal or Klarna and the payment terms is bounded by their terms and conditions.
9.0. RETURNS POLICY
9.1. We offer a 30 day returns policy on most items with the exception of specialist products, made to order items and certain high valued items including Air Conditioning products, EV Car Chargers, Heating and Smart Home products.
9.2. We do not offer or provide any compensation in relation to your order.
9.2.1. This includes any product that develops a fault or that has been supplied faulty.
9.2.2. This includes any product that has arrived broken or damaged.
9.2.3. This includes any delivery issue.

10.0. RECEIVING AND INSTALLING YOUR PRODUCTS
10.1. We strongly advise against booking an electrician or installer until you have fully received your order and had the chance to check the contents and it's condition.
10.1.1 If you are missing products or your product is damaged or faulty we do advise that you contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of receiving your order.
10.1.2. We cannot be held responsible for any charges from contractors or additional costs in the unlikely event that your order is delayed, damaged, faulty or for products you have selected that is not suitable for it's intended purpose.
11.0. LICENSE AND SITE ACCESS
11.1. Access to the Click4Electrics website is granted only for the purpose of accessing the products offered.
11.2. Under no circumstances may any individual alter any part of this website.
11.3. No part of this site may be reproduced for any reason, nor may any parts of the site be displayed anywhere unless written permission has been granted by Click4Electrics.
11.4. You are granted access to Click4Electrics website under the condition that you will not interfere, or attempt to interfere with any of the content.
12.0. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
12.1. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, SHALL CLICK4ELECTRICS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA OR PROFIT, ARISING OUT OF THE USE, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THE MATERIALS ON THIS SITE. IF YOUR USE OF MATERIALS FROM THIS SITE RESULTS IN THE NEED FOR SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION OF EQUIPMENT OR DATA, YOU ASSUME ANY COSTS THEREOF.
13.0. LAW AND JURISDICTION
13.1. These Terms and any matter relating to this Site will be governed by UK law and the UK courts shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction in respect of them.
14.0. DAMAGES TO PROPERTY
14.1. We shall not be held responsible for any damages caused to your property or items on your property.
14.1.1. Even if this is caused by a third party, such as a courier company (DPD) or the postal service (Royal Mail).
14.1.2. You will need to make your complaint directly with the courier company or postal service.
15.0. DISCONTINUED AND OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS
15.1. We will not be held responsible for items / products becoming out of stock after ordering or being discontinued.
15.1.1. This includes newly placed orders, previous orders, backorders, or part shipment with backorders outstanding.
15.2. If you have a backorder with us and the item becomes discontinued, we will contact you by email, then cancel and refund the backorder usually within 3 working days.
17.1. All of our credit / debit card transactions are processed by PayPal or Stripe.
17.2. All transaction details are encrypted so you are safe to shop with Click4Electrics.
17.3. This site uses the latest security technology to ensure a safe & secure environment during your shopping experience.
17.4. You can enter your credit / debit card number on a secure form and transmit the form over the Internet to a secure server without any risk of an intermediary obtaining your credit / debit card information.
17.4.1. Credit / debit card orders are encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol technology.
17.4.2. Your confidential information is automatically encrypted in transit from your computer to ours using an encryption key length of 128-bits.
17.5. Once your information reaches us, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically.
17.5.1. The server sits behind an electronic firewall and is not directly connected to the Internet.
17.6. To protect our product inventory, we use multi view camera system to monitor incoming and outgoing items which is traceable in our warehouse.
18.1. Our Telephone Opening Hours are 8am until 5pm Monday to Friday.
18.1.1. We are Closed Weekends and Public Bank Holidays.
19.0. LIVE CHAT SERVICE
19.1. Our live chat service is generally available during our normal working hours however this will not be accessible at certain times of the day. If you require assistance you can email or phone us.
19.2. You can use the live chat service to check stock levels, check delivery status, and get some basic information regarding products.
19.3. We cannot take orders over the live chat service or cannot provide any personal information.
20.0. PRODUCTS REGARDING OWN BRANDED ITEMS
20.1. If you find a product on our website that is manufactured by Own Branded Items, this means the current brand or multiple brands of products were stocking, will be the brand sent out. We do make sure that the item is fit for purpose i.e tried and tested with the manufacturer and is built to a reasonable quality.
20.2. We aim for Own Branded items to be value for money, built to last (due to manufacturer reports and tests) and to be in-stock for your convenience.

21.0. OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
21.1. If you place an order with us and the product or item is out of stock, we will order your item(s) from our supplier.
21.1.1. If our supplier is out of stock we will contact you via email or phone to give you an update.
21.1.2. If we don't hear back from yourself we will cancel and refund your order usually with in 14 working days.
21.1.3. If we have contacted you by email this is usually because you have not provided us with a contact telephone number, we please ask you also check any SPAM or JUNK mail boxes as sometimes these email end up there.

22.0. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS - SUSPENDED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
22.1. We can deliver your goods to certain oversea destinations, please see our delivery info page for the countries we deliver to. If you are VAT exempt, you will need to send us your VAT exempt number and relevant paperwork supporting this before we dispatch any orders.
23.0. LINKS TO 3RD PARTY WEBSITES
23.1. We are not responsible for any damages or causes to external links on our website.
23.1.1.This includes websites not relating to us, manufactures websites, advertising websites and other forms of websites.
23.2. Please ensure you have an up to date virus protection software active (including up to date virus definitions) on your computer to be secure and safe.

25.1. Our website is actively trading online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
25.2. Our sales, stores and administration team are available from 8am till 5pm Monday to Friday. We do not open on weekends and Public Bank Holidays.
