Fast Track
We now offer a priority order picking service with a standard DPD next working day delivery which we call Fast Track.
If we have the immediate stock locally held in our dispatch depot we can prioritize your order and ensure it leaves us the same working day for a next working day delivery.

- Next Day is only available to Zone A delivery regions.

*There maybe some exclusions to this time frame depending on the product you have purchased for example if you are purchasing or have purchased lazer etched / custom made grid modules, these items do take longer to arrive (generally 7-14 working days).
If you place your order over a weekend, on a public bank holiday or out of office hours, we will action your order on the next available working day to which the 2-5 working day estimate will start from.
To comply with legislation, in the rare event that any order exceeds the standard estimated time frame, your order will arrive within 30 day unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery Information
If your order is placed before 2pm during our normal working hours and your item is in our local stock, it is likely that your order will be despatched that same day. The next working day service is not always guaranteed unless otherwise stated or agreed with our sales representative. As a general guide please allow 2-5 working days for delivery of your goods, product exclusions apply. Overseas orders may take longer to arrive.
If you require a quick dispatch please call us on 02392 005 664 so we can check our local stock and if possible arrange priority delivery for you. Our cut off time for urgent deliveries is 1pm during office hours.
If you are planning to order or have already ordered the lazer etched grid modules, these modules are a made to order product. Typically lazer etched grid modules can take between 7-14 working days to arrive into us plus our standard delivery time frame to yourself. If you have any questions, please contact us by phone or email.
The delivery information shown on this page is used when your order is marked dispatched*, this page does not indicate we have the stock available for immediate dispatch as some items may have to be ordered in from our supplier(s). As a general guide please allow 2-5 working days for delivery. Items that are likely to arrive longer than expected will result in us contacting you by phone, email or SMS text. Until you reach the checkout page, or log in with your address / delivery details, the basket will show standard Zone A delivery charges.
The Day of Delivery
Upon delivery DPD can leave your parcel in a safe place location or with a neighbour if your not at home, they can also send your parcel to the nearest DPD pickup shop to avoid your parcel being returned if the first delivery attempt was unsuccessful. DPD will usually email you stating a 3 step delivery process to which you have the option to amend either by the link provided by DPD or with in the DPD app.
At our discretion we may opt for your parcel to arrive by a secure pin coded delivery. DPD will either notify you by the DPD app, send you an email or text you with a pin code which will be required for you to give to the delivery driver before they handover your parcel. This service will not allow your parcel to be left in a safe place or left with a neighbour. The parcel must be delivered to the person who has the pin code upon delivery.
Split or Part Shipment
Sadly, we do not split or part ship orders unless this is paid for separately or agreed with a manager at their discretion. We will dispatch your order once all your items are in local stock and complete. If you place a substantial and/or mixed order with us, we may split your order via a different courier method or arrange delivery with the supplier directly for logistical reasons. We'll keep you informed by phone, email or SMS text with an update with your order.
Direct Supplier Delivery
If you place a substantial order with us where all the items on your order are from the same supplier, we may instruct our supplier to send your order directly to yourself. In most cases this will result in a quicker delivery time. Please note: This may result in using another courier instead of DPD delivering your order.
Order Cancellation
ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER AT THIS STAGE.
To cancel your order, you will have to return your items at your own cost. Please refer to our returns info page for more information.
Shortages
Shortages and/or discrepancies must be reported to us within 48 hours of when your order is delivered by the courier or delivery company.
Please note: The 48 hour period starts from when your order has been delivered by our delivery partner 'DPD' or by any other courier. For example: if your parcel was delivered on 15/05/23 at 15:00, the latest you can report to us the shortage or discrepancy is 17/05/23 by not later than 15:00.
